All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse the sale of any product without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, packaging, sizes, and descriptions accurately. However, the actual appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, packaging updates, or manufacturing variations.

  1. Fragrance Disclaimer

Scents de Cover fragrances described as impressions or inspired fragrances are independently created products. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by any designer brand or trademark owner referenced for fragrance comparison.

Fragrance experience, projection, and longevity may vary depending on skin type, weather, application, storage, and personal perception.

Perfumes are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, and open flames. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer information, suspected fraud, payment issues, or delivery limitations.

We may contact you by telephone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, delivery charges, and promotions may change without prior notice.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order or contact you for confirmation at the correct price.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, security conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Exchange and Returns

Exchange and return requests are handled according to our published Exchange & Return Policy. Products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, sprayed, used, damaged, or tampered fragrance products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws.

  1. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, bundles, discount codes, and sale prices may be subject to specific conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions, or stock limitations.

Unless stated otherwise, multiple discount codes cannot be combined. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a promotion where misuse, technical error, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
