Delivery Area
We currently deliver orders throughout Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
• Standard shipping: Rs. 300
• Free shipping: Available on qualifying orders of Rs. 5,999 or above
The applicable shipping charge is calculated automatically at checkout based on the final order value.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions or for remote locations.
Order Confirmation
Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed through a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be placed on hold or cancelled.
Bank Deposit orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be shared by SMS, email or WhatsApp when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.
Delivery Address and Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active phone number. CoverOutfit will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If an order is returned because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery or provided incorrect details, additional delivery charges may apply before it is dispatched again.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos or a video of the item and packaging.
Order Changes
Requests to change the delivery address, phone number or order details must be made before dispatch. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been handed over to the courier.
